Great service and beautiful villa!

The best thing about this place is the staff. They are so helpful and always with a smile, and that made staying at the villa an exceptional experience. They are ready to give advise on places to eat, where to go, and even give directions to cab drivers to ensure we get to our destination.

Breakfast was included for our stay and all of us enjoyed the food.
We went for Mount Batur climb one of the days and asked for the breakfast to be left in the room since we might be back after the last breakfast was served. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the staff made an effort to cook the breakfast especially for us even though we came back way past the breakfast timing. They wanted to make sure we have a freshly cooked meal and even asked how we were after the climb.
The level of service is exceptional and made us feel so grateful that we had picked this villa.

The villa is great for small group of 2-3, with the pool just right outside the room.
With high ceiling, the room feels cool even without the aircon turned out. There ceiling fan and aircon in the room for anyone who is afraid of hot weather. Our jetted pool is clean and is great for dipping after a tired day. Overall the room is clean, and its being cleaned every day.

While the villa may not be at the center of tourist spots like the beach and Seminyak Village, there’s shuttle service which you can request at the reception.

2 areas of improvement for the villa : – to have more hangers or a coat hanger so that occupants can air their clothes instead of leaving on the shelves, as well as pay more attention to the towels given as some of them have a bit of stain.
