This villa is brand new modern Seminyak villa with perfect location to fulfill all your needs, shopping and eating in Legian, lounging on the beach at Double Six, or dining and browsing the boutiques of Seminyak, everything is at your doorstep. A mere 25 mins from the airport and your in the middle of all the action or relaxation you require.

Bedrooms

The 4 bedrooms Ley Villas Seminyak all contain large en-suites as well as built in robes with full length mirrors and large self closing drawers. The en-suites all have baths and showers and all but one have double sinks, chrome and white are the classic colours that give these rooms the clean and modern look. All rooms have King size beds with 1 room the possibility to split into twins, consisting of either writing desks or china cabinets. 40″TVs and DVD players are strategic
