This stylish two-story designer villa is set around a spacious 7 x 4 meter swimming pool in a large tropical garden. Villa Nonnavana interiors feature a captivating mix of elements, patterns, and textures. Warm tones from teakwood, recycled timbers, rustic rattan, and mixed wooden bricks complement the clean, modern architectural lines. The open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen under an exposed beam ceiling, is adorned with handcrafted floor tiles adding a splash of color to the dining space. The living area, distinguished by a smooth Jogja stone wall, includes an L-shaped sofa, chairs, international channel TV with speakers, and a striking light installation crafted from rattan.

Villa Nonnavana boasts four bedrooms, with two on the ground floor and the master bedroom and kids’ room on the upper floor. Each bedroom and bathroom showcase unique features, tied together by a theme of funky details and mixed materials. All bathrooms are equipped with rain showers, some featuring creative elements like a marble washbowl on a tree trunk stand and bathtubs.

The master bedroom on the upper floor exudes a modernist Japanese feel, with a king bed, honey-colored teakwood, industrial-style polished concrete walls, and glass and iron window panels. Opening to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and pool, it creates a serene retreat. The kids’ bedroom, furnished with a king bed and a single bunkbed, has a playful ambiance with a recycled multi-tonal wooden floor. The two downstairs bedrooms feature king beds, with one providing direct access to the pool deck.
