Villa Voyage’s impressive open-plan living room provides an ideal space for effortless entertaining, featuring glass-walled doors that seamlessly lead to the pool terrace and showcase the stunning tropical beachfront surroundings. The double-height central section hosts four oversized cream-colored sofas arranged around a sectional coffee table. The owners’ discerning taste is evident in every detail, from voyage-themed Louis Vuitton trunks to Thai lacquerware bowls, creating a rich and inviting atmosphere. Lavishly illustrated books on Balinese customs and international interiors add to the sensory experience. A mezzanine gallery adorned with oversized canvas lampshades and a statement lamp by designer Ari Saski Wekku enhance the visual appeal. The dining area features two tables of reclaimed limed teak with canvas director’s chairs, while a teak and marble island serves as a versatile buffet, bar, and cooking station for guests who prefer to whip up their own gourmet meals. The staff kitchen is discreetly located at the back.

Outdoor

Connecting the pavilion to the beach, there’s an expansive ironwood deck at Villa Voyage, offering breathtaking views of Sandy Bay’s turquoise waters. A sizable 15m x 5m free-form tension-edge pool, suitable for laps and relaxation, complements the space. The villa’s meticulous design extends to the poolside with inviting bean bags, sun loungers, and daybeds. A shoreline pergola divides the area into two distinct zones: a large daybed platform for seaside siestas and sunset cocktails, and semi-circular seating around a teak table laden with shells, perfect for a leisurely breakfast. Stylish animal-print cushions add a touch of glamour, and at night, ambient lighting transforms the surroundings, illuminating the palms and bathing the pool in a spectrum of colors.

A few steps down, a sand garden with a Balinese temple under the canopy of a sacred banang-banang tree offers a tranquil spot for daily offerings. Shaded beneath the tree’s bowers, an antique daybed beckons, and a gate in the low dry-stone boundary wall leads directly to the beach.

The five expansive bedroom suites at Villa Voyage feature ensuite bathrooms and either balconies or garden patios. Ensuring a restful night’s sleep, the rooms are equipped with goose down pillows and provide the option of both air conditioning and ceiling fans.

With many such options in the vicinity, should you prefer to dine within the comfort of your villa, the staff can arrange for food to be delivered from your choice of restaurant.

Transport
Villa guests can reach Villa Voyage via the Sanur–Nusa Lembongan ferries which run regularly through the day. Guests arriving in Bali late afternoon or evening should arrange overnight accommodation in Sanur and ferry transfers to Nusa Lembongan the following morning as sea crossings after 5pm are not recommended. A complimentary buggy will meet guests at Mushroom Bay on Nusa Lembongan for transfers to the villa. The staff can help with ferry bookings (on guest account).
